When your model has completed processing, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you the model is ready for viewing. Or, you can click the name of the Project, and visit the Models tab to view your model. Click the name of the Model to open the model viewer.
Using the Model Viewer
The options available in the model viewer depend on the quality of data you uploaded. (Some model types cannot be created with extremely low-resolution data, limited key points and tie point, or a limited number of photos.)
Toggle between Map (to see an orthomosaic map) and 3D (to see a 3D model).
You can also turn layers on and off to view a sparse point cloud, dense point cloud, digital elevation model (DEM), or 3D texture mesh.
You can also view, edit, or add photos, ground control points, and scale constraints in the model viewer.
Exporting a Model
You can export your model in the following file formats:
LAS – Dense point cloud
TIFF – Digital elevation model
TIFF – Orthomosaic
OBJ – Mesh + Texture
If you are exporting a dense point cloud, DEM, or orthomosaic map, you need to select a coordinate system.
Click "Export". Some exports take a few minutes to prepare. You will receive an email notification when your exports are ready. Click "Continue to Mapware" to continue working while your exports are prepared.
To view and download your exports, click on the Project name, and navigate to the "Files & Exports" tab.
Share a model
